Three Months to reduce your symptoms

Scientists at the Visby Hospital in Sweden led by Dr. Lars Skoldstam
have found that rheumatoid arthritis patients who followed a diet for 3
months rich in fruits, vegetables, legumes, and certain oils such as
olive oil, experienced a number of improvements not seen in people
following a typical American diet high in processed foods. Some of the
improvements shown include a decrease in pain, inflammation, disease
activity and in the number of swollen joints.
